Refund Policy

Refunds

We do not accept refunds or cancellations for any reason. This includes (but is not limited to) carrier delays, transit issues, or back-ordered items.

Exchanges for Damaged Items

We will replace an item only if it arrives damaged or defective.

To qualify for an exchange, you must:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box/packaging (all sides).
  • File a damage claim with USPS and include your claim number in your email to us: USPS Claims.

Once approved, we’ll share return/handling instructions. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Not Eligible for Refund/Return

  • All products not damaged/defective.
  • Orders past the 5-day notification window.
  • Items returned without prior approval.

How to Request an Exchange

Email us at support@angelicaltar.com with:

  • Order number and full name
  • Photos of the damage and packaging
  • Your USPS claim number

Processing Time

Approved exchanges are processed within 5–10 business days. Replacement items ship to the original address unless otherwise arranged.

Additional Notes

  • Carrier delays are outside our control and are not grounds for refunds.
  • Angelic Altar reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the criteria.
